We are very excited to be releasing a special collab with the good people at Town Brewery, a like-minded company brewing out of Whitby, Ontario. The beer is a refreshing Summer Ale brewed with citrus and coriander, perfect for patio season. We partnered with Town early this Spring to send some of our blankets down to their waterfront Pump House venue to keep patrons warm while enjoying beers well through the night. This collaborative beer was the next logical step.
What's a Summer Ale? It’s a pretty loose term with a pretty wide array of takes, but Town’s is super sessionable and brewed with a mix of tangerine juice, lime and orange zest, and a kiss of coriander. It's an easy drinking beer that's best enjoyed outdoors on a summer night with your favourite people and your coziest blanket.
