Returns, Exchanges, And Warranty Claims

We want you to be happy with your Rumpl purchase, and in the case that you’re not, we’re here to help with an exchange or refund your purchase.

We want you to be happy with your Rumpl purchase, and in the case that you’re not, we’re here to help with a return for a full refund or store credit within 60 days of your purchase.

 

RETURNS

 

We are happy to offer returns for orders placed on Rumpl.ca (exceptions listed below) within 60 days of delivery. To start your return, please reach out to our customer experience team at cs@rumpl.ca. Have your order number and email, phone, or zip code handy. You can receive your refund to your original payment method or in the form of store credit. Returns for refund will include a $15 return fee that will be deducted from your refund.

If you have multiple items from different orders to return, please submit one return request per order and use the correct shipping labels when you're sending the items back. If you send them in the same box, it will affect our ability to issue you a quick refund.

 

Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of being received and processed by our warehouse. Please allow 7-14 days for your return to be processed - we'll send you a refund notification once done!

 

EXCHANGES

 

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, please return your item and place a new order for the item of your preference. If you are worried about the new item selling out, we highly recommend that you return your item(s) and place a new order on our website at the same time. This will ensure that you get the correct product quickly, and you will receive a full refund for the return within two weeks of it being received at our warehouse. If you run into any issues or need help setting up your return, please contact our customer experience team and we’ll be happy to help!

 

GIFT RETURNS

 

For gift returns, please email our customer experience team at cs@rumpl.ca with the order details.

We will need the order number, shipping address, email, or name of the purchaser to process your gift return. We're happy to provide you with store credit, but we can’t imagine why you’d want to return such a thoughtful gift!

 

If you received an item purchased with a discount and would like to exchange for an item that is no longer discounted, please reach out to our customer experience team at cs@rumpl.ca.

WARRANTY

 

Our products are backed by a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers issues like stitching failures, fabric flaws, or Cape Clip™ and zipper problems not caused by normal wear and tear.

 

If you believe your item qualifies for a warranty claim, please reach out to our customer experience team at cs@rumpl.ca with a photo and description of the issue.We’ll make it right.

Note: Warranty claims are not subject to return fees. This warranty doesn’t cover damage from accidents, misuse, or the normal breakdown of materials over time.

WARRANTY

 

 

We stand by the high level of quality in our products. If something is our fault, we will take care of it, plain and simple. Starting with orders placed June 18, 2025, Rumpl warrants products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. Orders placed before then will still be covered under our previous 1-year policy. Rumpl reserves the right to determine manufacturing defects, and requires proof of purchase from Rumpl.ca. If a product is deemed defective, Rumpl will replace the item at no cost to you. This covers issues like stitching failures, fabric flaws, or Cape Clip™ and zipper problems not caused by normal wear and tear.

 

NOT COVERED: Normal wear and tear, modifications, alterations, negligence, fire damage, damage and use for a purpose other than for which it was designed.

 

We are unable to offer a refund or a replacement for warranty claims for blankets not bought through Rumpl.ca. Please go back to the retailer you purchase from, and they will help you out!
