Care:

  • All Rumpl Puffy Blankets are machine washable. We recommend using a front-loading washing machine on cold, and adding in Grangers brand detergent for the best cleaning results while preserving the DWR. Hang dry or toss in the dryer on tumble dry low.

PFAS-Free Stain & Weather Resistant

The Original Puffy Blanket is treated with a PFAS-free durable water repellent (DWR) finish that repels moisture, spills, stains, sand, and soil. When you want to freshen up your blanket, you can machine wash in any front-loading washing machine and hang to dry.

Your Wearable Blanket

Wear your Original Puffy Blanket hands-free with our newly redesigned Cape Clip® connections. When you're ready to wind down, use the clips to fold over and secure your blanket into a makeshift sleeping bag.

Roll-Top Stuff Sack

Every Original Puffy Blanket comes standard with a roll-top stuff sack for increased compression and easy carrying.

Made From Recycled Plastic Bottles

We're putting single use to better use. Every Original Puffy Blanket is made from at least 60 post-consumer recycled plastic bottles (100 for 2-Person sizes), which is developed into our durable VersaWeave™ ripstop poly shells and our RenewaLoft™ insulation.

    We all love it

    I got this blanket as a light throw for indoor use - easy to store in a small space, quick to warm me up. But the real ringing endorsement comes from my cat! He discovered that it will reflect heat back from sleeping on top of it, and he can nestle into a fold on extra cold days. I have not once had to look for him in the house because he is always on this blanket. Thankfully he will share!

    My 10th Rumpl

    This is a Christmas gift for a friend who lives near Yosemite. This my 10th Rumpl purchase for our home and as gifts. First purchased at REI years ago. It is my go-to cozy blanket always. I even carry one in the car just in case. Even our dog has her own small one!

    Love at first nap

    I fell in love with my Rumpl puffy blanket the minute it came out of the bag. It is so soft,comfy and just the right amount of warmth for me. I took a nap in my tent with the blanket and camp pillow right after I took them out of their bags. I will get a warmer one to combine with my puffy for cool weather camping. Absolutely love them!!
